Our Team

Here at TS Healthcare, our staff is our greatest asset. Therefore, we ensure that we invest in them and provide adequate support as well as relevant and timely training and development.

Both the Responsible Person and the Registered Manager manage and report to TS Healthcare LTD – the care provider.

Our Responsible Person is Sindy Moyo  (ACCA) who comes to us with a wealth of experience in Senior level Management and in the Finance sector. She has served in various capacities at board level and has spent the last 6 years working with charity organizations that have young people as their main focus. Sindy currently holds an advisory role in one of the established care service providers based in Birmingham.

Since 2011, Sindy has had her hands full, serving as an Executive Secretary and a counselor in the Pathfinders club, a global organization that teaches and trains young people to become leaders and independent, responsible adults. The club empowers young people to be confident in themselves, value their self worth and to make progressive and positive choices.

It is through this experience that she realized her love for working with young people, and the desire to provide a caring and nurturing environment hence she took a number of voluntary positions to try and make an impact in these young people’s lives.

Sindy remains focused on achieving the best outcomes for the young people that are under her care and is fully aware of the difficulties that these young people face.
